Be aware that registration dates differ from state to state. Further information is available from the Voting Assistance Officer at the U.S. Embassy/Consulate in Bern. The office of the Voting Assistance Officer is open to calls Monday to Friday from 14:00 to 17:00.
The FVAPThe Federal Voting Assistance Program (FVAP) has complete information and online registration and absentee ballot request forms for the Federal Post Card Application (OFPCA). They provide a toll free number for citizens outside of the US to call for information.
