e-mail Re'sy | Hi - I have a lovely 2 BR flat in Florissant which will be free at the end of October. It is fully furnished, but for long term rent I can consider unfurnished. The size is 100 m2, it has good light, a fire place, an open kitchen, a nice dining area and a comfortable living room. 2 balconies.
Rent is CHF 4600 & 180 heating&and "charges".

I can offer a nice apartment for rent in Versoix, from mid January 2010 or 1 February 2010 (to be agreed).
Ii's about 90 square meters - it has
organized and equipped kitchen, large hall, large living room, 2
bedrooms, 2 bathrooms fully equipped (one with shower, the other with
bathtub), cave and laundry facilities.
The apartment is situated
in a quiet surroundings, 5 min walk from the lake Leman and a public
beach in Versoix, near the train station - 18 min to get to Geneva
centre, trains leaving every half an hour.
The rent is 2 780 CHF per month + 180 CHF parking
place underground + around 150 CHF consumption (electricity, heating,
water, ect.)
